About the Festival

Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival transforms San Diego’s downtown waterfront into a vibrant celebration of music, art, and beach lifestyle. This unparalleled event is held across the stunning waterfront parks and Seaport Village. The festival seamlessly integrates the city’s vibrant downtown into its layout, offering attendees a unique experience that extends beyond the music. With boat parties, sunset cruises, Old Town trolleys, games, and a variety of delicious food and drinks, Wonderfront promises an unforgettable weekend.

Wonderfront takes place in multiple venues with many stages, each hosting a diverse lineup of artists. The festival features some of the world’s hottest new breakout artists alongside beloved career bands. The diverse lineup includes everything from rock, indie rock, hip hop, rap, EDM, adult alternative, reggae, Americana, to country. This eclectic mix ensures there’s something for every music lover.

As the main stages wind down, the party continues throughout downtown San Diego. Bands and DJs perform at club shows and also late-night boat parties in the harbor. You’ll find a vibrant nightlife with over 250 nightclubs, breweries, bars, and restaurants in the Gaslamp Quarter and Little Italy. The festivities don’t stop when the stages do!
