Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped quickly, discreetly and include FREE standard worldwide shipping by registered post with a tracking number. The products are shipped inside a strong wrapping material and box to give your products maximum protection. The items are shipped in plain, unmarked packages worldwide, including EU, USA, Canada and Australia. Our average delivery times are:
– Standard Worldwide Shipping within EU: 4 – 15 bussines days.
– Standard Worldwide Shipping to USA and Canada: 12 – 25 bussines days.
– Standard Worldwide Shipping to Australia: 15 – 30 bussines days.
– Standard Worldwide Shipping to the rest of the world: 10 – 30 bussines days.

Express Shipping options are also available for an additional cost. You can choose among GLS Express Shipping, which is available only within EU and Express Worldwide Shipping, which is available worldwide (including EU, USA, Canada and Australia). The average delivery times by express shipping are:
– GLS Express Shipping within EU: 2 – 6 bussines days.
– Express Worldwide Shipping: 1 – 6 bussines days.
The cost for Express worldwide shipping is €8.99 (incl. TAX). GLS Express delivery cost depends on the selected country zone and includes TAX:
– Zone 1 (€2.99): Croatia.
– Zone 2 (€4.99): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Netherlands.
– Zone 3 (€5.49): Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia.
– Zone 4 (€7.99): Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Sweden.

All orders include a tracking number and will require a signature when delivered to your address. While the parcel is in transit some delivery services offer a “delivery to an agreed place” or a “safe place delivery”, for this the customer needs to give them a permission or request and this means that the parcel will get delivered without the signature, to an agreed, safe place (e.g. around the customer’s house, to a neighbour or similar). If a customer chooses this option the merchant is no longer responsible for the parcel.


Every product is carefully packaged, with the items securely placed inside a cardboard box. Bubble wrap is included to prevent any damages that might occur during transport. Each product is shipped in a plain, unmarked package.

Customs, duties, taxes and damages

Party Accessory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Party Accessory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
