Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped quickly, discreetly and include FREE standard worldwide shipping by registered post with a tracking number. The items are shipped in plain, unmarked packages. Our average delivery times are:
– Standard Worldwide Shipping: 2-15 bussines days.
– GLS Express Shipping: 2-5 bussines days.
– UPS Express Shipping: 1-3 bussines days.
The products are shipped inside a strong thermo-resistant material to give your products maximum protection. The cost for UPS Express shipping worldwide is €30,00 (incl. TAX). GLS Express delivery cost depends on the selected country zone and includes TAX:
– Zone 1 (€15,00): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
– Zone 2 (€19,00): Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, United Kingdom.
– Zone 3 (€25,00): Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Sweden.
– Zone 4 (€10,00): Croatia.
All orders include a tracking number and will require a signature when delivered to your address.

Packaging

Every product is carefully prepackaged, with the items securely placed inside a cardboard box. Styrofoam padding is included to prevent any damages that might occur during transport. Each product is thermally packaged and vacuum sealed, which helps maintain humidity levels and protects the products against extreme temperature variations.
