About Mad Cool Festival
Mad Cool Festival is one of Europe’s biggest and best music festivals, held each summer in the Spanish sunny capital, Madrid. The Festival is a cultural celebration that goes beyond music. Art, fashion, gastronomy and tourism have been intertwined since the idea of establishing a great festival in Madrid was born in 2015. Mad Cool Festival attracts thousands of music fans from far and wide thanks to its incredible lineup that has in the past featured the Arctic Monkeys, The Cure, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, Tame Impala, Kings Of Leon and others. Every year, the organizers assemble a lineup that brings international superstars from an array of genres to Madrid – rock giants, indie, pop favorites and a selection of underground electronic music’s hottest acts.
Having consistently grown in scale – be it the performers, crowds, or production – the festival has quickly found its place among the continent’s elite, despite only hosting the first edition in 2016, offering well over 100,000 music fans the chance to soak up the Spanish sun and witness their musical heroes doing what they do best.
