Shambhala Music Festival is Canada’s premier electronic music and arts festival. Joining together the talent, sound, and lights at a paradise location give life to a non-sponsored, family-run festival. Shambhala Music Festival was born on a sunny Labour Day weekend in 1998. At that time, 500 people gathered at the Salmo River Ranch for a party that showcased local art and music. Today, it attracts world-renowned DJs and artists and some of the most eclectic and energetic fans.

Shambhala is an annual event boasting six uniquely themed stages each managed by its own Stage Director. The festival features the best in electronic and live music from around the globe and also Canada’s very talented backyard. Ultimately, this festival is a celebration of music, art, and life, steeped in one of the most beautiful festival venues in the world!
