🎶 About the Festival

Milkshake Festival is a multi-genre music festival that takes place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This unique event first began in 2012 and has become a quick favourite in the Dutch Capital. The festival centers on freedom of expression and inclusivity and welcomes everyone, no matter your colour, gender or sexual orientation. Milkshake Festival shows that entertainment, music choice, choice of clothing and status has nothing to do with sexuality.

Bringing in artists from all over the world, with previous lineups including The Black Madonna, Honey Dijon, Erol Alkan, Supertoys and Vieze Poezendek. With nine musical areas and a further array of activities and curiosities to explore, Milkshake Festival is an immersive experience where you can be whoever you want to be in the safety of an inclusive, open environment. The festival is a collaboration between Air and Paradiso, two of the largest clubs in Amsterdam.

Black, white, large, thin, thick, gay, straight, trans, cis, they aim to celebrate what makes the world great through the diversity of its citizens. Join the Festival and celebrate diversity, freedom, and the joy of being yourself in a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere!
